2. Purpose of the site
The site offers online sales and presentation of training courses (e-learning and in-person), consulting services, and coaching intended for individuals and professionals. Access to the site, consultation of services, and any orders are governed by these conditions.

The use of the site and the validation of an order imply full acceptance of these GTC. WUJI SENECAE reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force on the date of the order.
4. Services and Training
The services and training offered are described as accurately as possible. However, photographs and commercial descriptions are provided for indicative purposes. Offers are valid as long as they are visible on the site or proposed by quote, subject to availability of spots or our experts.
5. Pricing and VAT Exemption
Prices are indicated in euros (€). In accordance with Article 261-4-4° a of the French General Tax Code, WUJI SENECAE, as a training organization, is exempt from VAT for its continuous professional training services.
For other services (such as consulting not falling within the scope of professional training), prices are indicated All Taxes Included (TTC) for individuals or Excluding Taxes (HT) for professionals. WUJI SENECAE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
6. Orders and Registration
To place an order, the customer must validate the quote or follow the online registration process, provide their information, and proceed with payment or provide funding approval (OPCO, etc.).
7. Payment and Secure Providers
Payment is due upon ordering. Online payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer, exclusively through our secure payment providers (such as Stripe or PayPal).
These payment providers are the only ones to collect, process, and store your bank details for this purpose. WUJI SENECAE does not collect or store any of your bank details.
8. Execution of services
Services (coaching, consulting) and training are delivered on agreed dates. WUJI SENECAE cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to force majeure (strikes, bad weather, network failures, etc.).
9. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
9.1 Consulting, coaching, and training services (Standard)
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, individual customers have a 14-day period from the validation of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, provided the service has not been fully executed before the end of this period. 9.2 Digital Content (E-learning) and Custom Training (Exceptions)
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period, nor to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium whose execution has begun after the consumer's prior express consent.
Thus, as soon as the customer accesses the online training platform (e-learning, credentials sent and first connection made) or validates a custom consulting service that has begun, they expressly waive their right of withdrawal and no refund can be demanded.
10. Liability and Intellectual Property
WUJI SENECAE commits to providing the necessary means for the proper execution of services (obligation of means). All site elements, training materials, methods, and provided documents are the exclusive property of WUJI SENECAE. Any reproduction, distribution, or use, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
